I found that Ramone was excellent at describing the features of the Rogue Sport and was very personable and friendly. I was originally referred to Route 46 Nissan using True Car. I received and email from them stating that the purchase price was $25,982 for the model I wanted. However, when speaking with Lou Ariemma, I found that the price was inclusive of all potential rebates offered on the car and that I did not qualify for all the rebates (i.e. Military Service, Student, etc). I found this quite confusing and off putting. It took some time for us to reach a deal, but I did not like that I was quoted a price that was essentially unachievable. More

Spoke to internet sales department salesperson -Rudy, discussed exactly the car down to the Vehicle Identificat Severe integrity issues, you decide? Spoke to internet sales department salesperson -Rudy, discussed exactly the car down to the Vehicle Identification Number they had in their inventory. Told him what I needed in lease terms- 0 down, put the tax, title, inception fees, Motor vehicle fees, and any other fees they had into the lease payment. I would put nothing down, everything, in the monthly payments. I stated these conditions 3 times and had him repeat the terms to me, with my wife there on speaker phone. He said he would get the best price he could and call me back. I told him if the monthly rate was good I would come down today and purchase. Rudy called me back and said he talked to his manager, I believe his name was Mike, and he confirmed the deal, all fees, motor vehicle and taxes in a $209 a monthly payment. I again clarified the deal with him to make it crystal clear, and again. He said his manager signed off on it exactly as described and not to worry. He confirmed again. He said I could come down at 5:00pm, that I had an appointment with “Jimmy”, he would take care of the paperwork. I took my 17 year old daughter, who the car is for, and met Jimmy who didn’t have a clue and handed me off to Joseph D. Joseph D. looked me up in their computer system, saw the VIN of the car and the note that Rudy and his manager gave me. Joseph continued to ask me questions pretending not to know anything about the deal, even though it was noted right on his computer screen. The VIN, the $209 a month and the zero money down, all notes on his screen. Joseph went to check with his manager, came back and said they can do the $209 but I had to pay all the fees, the Tax and moter vehicle up front, extra. In shock, I continued to voice that that was not the deal that another manager signed off on, that I agreed to and came down for. After four back and forths to a back room they said they could do $222 a month and I had to pay moter vehicle and tax. My 17 year old daughter turned to me and said “Dad, we learned about this in school it’s called an integrity issue”. Shame on this dealership. Pretty bad when a 17 year child can see through the BS. Incompetent and rude I traded in my vehicle for another car almost one year ago. I was very happy at the time but the past 6months have been one big nightmare. They did no I traded in my vehicle for another car almost one year ago. I was very happy at the time but the past 6months have been one big nightmare. They did not report returning my car and I have been receiving bills and collections notices stating I owe the company money on a car that I Already RETURNED! I tried to resolve this issue several times to no avail. When I called Nissan 46 and finally got in contact with someone I talked to Troy Lockett who was completely unhelpful. He said "if you want me to go to work for you over a phone call, its not going to happen". How about a paying customer that will never do business with your shady business again. He tried to force me to come in and present evidence that I was being wrongly billed. In this day in age why would he be unable to look up my information on the computer and resolve the issue without wasting more of my time, money, frustration, and effect oby credit. I will never do business with these incompetent people ever again, and do NOT recommend you do either. More
they are liars i wrote a pretty decent comment previously because i though the salesman and his manager were really trying to help us. i was getting calls and emails i wrote a pretty decent comment previously because i though the salesman and his manager were really trying to help us. i was getting calls and emails from multiple people who mentioned a great early lease termination program. i went over on the miles but they said they would wave that fee and pay for the remaining months on my lease, just to come in, so i did. when we got there, everything changed right away and they said they wouldnt be able to waive the fee for going over the miles. after i was about to walk out of the dealership, they quickly "got approval" to go on with the deal. i gave them the benefit of the doubt because Tony wasnt so bad and i honestly think he was genuinely trying to help us but his rude boss, schuyler, was an arrogant selfish individual who made remarks/comments such as, " i wasn't the one who put the miles on the car". whatever. they ended up waiving that for us since i was about to walk out. we finally make the deal, sign the papers, then come to find out several days later they never did as they promised and i was sent a bill for the remaining balance on my old lease (a car i no longer possess) in addition to the monthly payments on my new current lease. liars and thieves. avoid at all cost. More

Wrong review, this guy is using the yo yo scam On February 15, 2018 I bought a Nissan Altima of 2015, I gave a down payment of 1200.00 dollars, that same day I took the car to my house. Almost a mo On February 15, 2018 I bought a Nissan Altima of 2015, I gave a down payment of 1200.00 dollars, that same day I took the car to my house. Almost a month later I received the call from Mr. Wagner Abreu telling me that the bank did not approve the loan. He told me that I had to look for a cosigner or return the car. For situations beyond my control I do not have a good credit, but even so I told him that I did not need a guarantor since I have a good salary, and in a disrespectful and rude way he told me that, if I did not deliver the car that same day, He was going to send someone to pick it up and I will have to pay the repossession charges. Besides that it was going to appear on my credit report as a repossession. I told him that I was going to return the car but I needed the money of the down payment that same day, he told me that he was not going to give me the money the same day because that was a process, but I did not I agree. When I left work, I went with my girlfriend to return the vehicle. Immediately reached the dealership, I saw Mr. Wagner Abreu outside and told him that there was his car, he immediately entered and locked himself in his office, I went to the entrance to his office and he did not ask me to come in, he just came out and Without saying hello, he asked me for the car keys. I told him that if he was going to give me the check and he told me no. I asked to speak with his boss and Mr. Abreu told me that he was the boss, I told him that if he was the boss, that he signed the reimbursement check, but I insisted on talking to his boss. When I spoke with his boss, he asked me for the car keys and told me that I had to wait for the reimbursement. At that time I had not done any research so I gave him the key, after having done the research I realize that these people are the worst, they use the yo yo scam and what they did to me is illegal. I went thru tremendous embarrassing moment. (But they don’t care) For me was frustrating and no one deserves that. Please go to Yelp and read the reviews, you guys will see that the dealership is very bad, I believe that the FTC should fine these people for using that type of practices More
