He spent hours showing me all of the bells and whistles that came with my car; he synced my phone and really was just a pleasure to deal with. I honestly felt he was as excited as I was about my new car. I can say that this was the best sales experience I have ever had and highly recommend David at Rowe Ford in Auburn. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Charlie Burns was the business manager I dealt with and he was equally as wonderful. He explained to me every document that I was signing and informed me of all of the details. I have repeatedly returned to service dept because they forget to reset oil light. Also they've worked on my vehicle and I paid for it to turn around and find out they never did the work! Scott Stubinski - sales manager for VW/Mazda/Kia was most helpful explaining the differences in several new and used vehicles, and we decided on a very clean low-mileage 2010 VW Jetta TDI. We agreed on the price even before Scott and Brian Kelsea arranged a more-than-fair trade in price for our Hyundai. We are thrilled with the experience and will be back. I have already passed Brian's contact information on to a colleague of mine. On the day of purchase, I was introduced to Charlie Burns who handled all of the paper work via fax with my out-of-town credit union. I was in and out of there within an hour, able to drive the new car home that day. Fantastic in all ways. More

Bill was very friendly and worked very hard for us. We had to negotiate price down to come close to other dealership's sticker prices.
