Charlie Burns went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal with the banks. He was also very knowledgable about the warranties available to us, and made sure we understood everything we were getting. These two guys are an asset to Rowe, and I would buy another car there just because of the two of them:) I am a very happy customer!! Go Rowe Auburn!!! More

This was my second purchase from Rowe, and both times I would have to say was a great experience. I purchased a Mitsubishi just before they closed their Mitsubishi branch, with that branch closing I was le would have to say was a great experience. I purchased a Mitsubishi just before they closed their Mitsubishi branch, with that branch closing I was left to find warranty related service else where. Because of the hassle to get that car serviced I decided it was time to trade it in. At first, I shopped around at other dealers because I have to admit I was still a little bitter about the whole branch closing issue. However, after a less than stellar experience with another dealership, I decided to give Rowe another try. I can not say enough great things about my salesman Brian or Charlie Burns. Rowe had the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would recommend Rowe to anyone and everyone! More

I took my 2001 Hyundai Elantra gls here for a recall repair and was not informed that i needed to have full coverage insurance to get a loaner car until after my car was checked in. I ended up paying $7 repair and was not informed that i needed to have full coverage insurance to get a loaner car until after my car was checked in. I ended up paying $70.00 for a rental car from Enterprise. I was told that my repairs would be done in 2 days and did not get my car back until the 5th day. When I got my car back i noticed that there was damage on the passenger side of my car. The front bumper had a crease, my passenger side rear view mirror had been moved and I had to readjust it. When I looked at it further I noticed that the paint had been scraped off and that touch up paint had been smeared on the rear view mirror. I also noticed that the door below the mirror was all scraped up and the passenger side rear door was all rippled with more touch up paint smeared on. Above the rear wheel well is still caved in and touch up paint smeared on it. When I mentioned my findings to one of the supervisors in the service department he denied anything happening to my car. I am now dealing with Rowes insurance company and have been for the last month. This is the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a car dealership and would highly NOT recommend Rowe Ford (Auburn motor sales) to anyone unless you plan on dealing with more headache that its worth. There was no pressure, and they really took the time to listen to us, and help us find exactly what we were looking for. We did shop around, and always ended up back at Rowe, because we knew they were not only giving us the best price, but that we were going to be taken care of in the future. Gary was reccomended by a family member who had worked with him in the past. My wife and I went in looking for a very specific vehicle and Gary came through. Once that part was over, Charlie worked hard and very quickly to find us the financing we needed at a payment we were comfortable with. From Paul's first approach, to last signature on my papers, it was the best experience I could have imagined. I ended up buying a 2011 Kia Optima and absolutely love it! Paul really took the time to get a feel and understanding of what I was truly looking for. He guided me through the whole process; along with Chenoa my financial advisor with the paper work. It could have been very nerve racking to find that right fit for my family, however it wasn't with this dealership or with my sales person. I would highly recommend Rowe Auburn to anyone for vehicle decisions in the future. More

They didn't pressure us; they drew us in with a great deal. Then, they followed up on that with outstanding customer service. They were not high pressure, pushy, or rude, but they were compelling (in a good way) and wanted our business. I felt they were honesty, polite, and clear communicators. It was definitely worth driving an hour and half from home to buy this car, and I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks, guys! More
