This was truly the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Kevin Callnan greeted me upon entering with an eye to eye contact. Just had my first car buying experience, buying a used Hyundai at Rowe. The car was a good deal, and the salesman Jason Burns was excellent to work with. He was very straightforward with me, easy to talk to and informative. In general, I feel like I got a great car at good value and only had to jump through the minimal number of hoops. The only complaints I have are towards the man who processed my credit application and finances, whose name I do not remember. He was very brusque, walking over to where I was sitting and launching into questions without so much as introducing himself first (which is why I don't remember his name). When I didn't understand something he asked (as a first-time car buyer a lot of references were confusing to me) he became visibly frustrated and simply repeated the question louder, only serving to intimidate me. He also seemed put-off by the fact that I had been pre-approved for a loan at my credit union, and asked several times whether I had really gotten such a low APR from them. When he was done, he simply got up and left without making it clear whether I was free to leave. The behavior of everyone else at the dealership was, by comparison, very courteous and thoughtful, and overall I do feel that it was a good place to buy a car. More
