We have been shopping for a new (1 year old program)car for about a year and when we found ourselves in Westbrook, 80 miles from home, we went to Rowe Westbrook on a Sunday just browsing and was impressed for about a year and when we found ourselves in Westbrook, 80 miles from home, we went to Rowe Westbrook on a Sunday just browsing and was impressed with the selection of "used" Sante Fes. During the last year we tried out just about every SUV out there and kept returning to the Hyundai, basically for it's quality and warranty package. The next week we emailed Rowe for an estimate on my trade. Kevin Callnan responded to my email with a fair quote. We exchanged several emails with Kevin and we were happy with the fact that at no time did Kevin place any pressure on us as that would have turned us away from Rowe. After we made a fairly firm decision of what and when we were buying, we emialed Kevin Callnan of our plans and we drove 80 miles back to Rowe Westbrook. Kevin spent an extensive amount of time showing us what was available and we test drove and decided to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. Kevin then invited us into the showroom to discuss financing and as soon as we walked into the showroom, my wife saw a brand new Hyundai Tucson on the showroom floor and she immediately fell in love with it and decided she didn't want the Santa Fe and firmly stated she wanted "that" car, being the Tucson. We then discussed trade, down-payment and financing with Chris Blanchard and the deal was happily sealed. And while we were talking with Chris, Kevin and a crew were busily doing all of the prep work on the new car somehow knowing we were going home with it before we even agreed. Thanks to Kevin Callnan and Chris Blanchard, our shopping experience was positive and stress free. I do not enjoy the experience of shopping for a new car, hagling over price, and attempts to sell me options I don't want and I must say, Kevin was one of the easiest sales person to deal with and Chris Blanchard did very well with securing a reasonable financial package. More

I was very pleased, this dealership had the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. My trade in was close to what I wanted (800$ off) and everyone was very nice. Jason was extremely friendly as soon as I walked in. He was ready for our appointment and had the car cleaned and ready for me to test drive. When I expressed that I knew had to drive a standard, but was was ready for our appointment and had the car cleaned and ready for me to test drive. When I expressed that I knew had to drive a standard, but was still a little new at it, he was perfectly understandable and let me test drive it on my own so that I would feel as comfortable as possible. He made sure all my questions and concerns regarding the car were addressed, and the one problem I had (with a window) he agreed to take care for me free of charge. He also informed me about the free car washes. I had to finance my car through my insurance agency and since getting the check took about 24 hours, Jason made sure that I felt confident that I could get the check and come back in without worrying the the car would be sold. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience! More
this is the second used vehicle I have purchased from Rowe and the experience both times was as painless as possible with little to no pressure to buy. This purchase overseen (not sold) bu Jason Burns was almost fun as he was very personable, flexible and willing to step back and allow my wife and I to make our own "Informed" decisions. I have frequently walked away from sales people who "Sell" by scare tactics pressure and gimmicks. Jason just told us what we and he could do and never failed to communicate his decisions and the decisions of Mike and Ray as we walked together through the process of selection, finance and purchase. If there is truth to the old adage "It's the service after the sale that counts" than again they excel. In the enthusiasm of transferring items, we left an EX pass and cell phone in our 1999 Taurus (purchased from Rowe in 2006) the EZ pass was retrieved and held by Jason for my retrieval. The Cell phone which we did not realize was missing took a little longer but Jason and the crew looked up the location of the Taurus and willingly helped me to recover this as well. Now id the Chrysler PT Cruiser holds up and performs as well as the Taurus (can't be killed) I will indeed be back again and hope that the same people or at least their great attitudes are still there. More
I bought a car from Rowe Ford about 2 months ago now. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Two other family members have cars from the dealership, which they both love. Over the years I have bought several vehicles and have yet to find a SALESMAN like Jason. He has taken the time to send a thank you and has called me to make sure that there is no problems with the vehicle and that I am conpletely satisfied. I requested some additional information regarding the vehicle and within two days I received it. While it is 75 miles from my home to your dealership, you can rest assured that after a very satisfying experience that in the future when it comes time to buy another vehicle I will contact Jason.
