Carter Ward did a great job being prepared to get our vehicle purchase transaction completed in a very timely manner. I had to visit Royal Automotive on my lunch break and Carter had me and my wife out o vehicle purchase transaction completed in a very timely manner. I had to visit Royal Automotive on my lunch break and Carter had me and my wife out of the dealership in 45 minutes with all the signed documents and keys in hand. Very disappointed with the sales department. Try to sell me the 2022 Tiguan $3000 over invoice. Very dishonest action. Called The GM and will not reply my complaint.
