This was our second time working with Carter Ward. He worked with us when we purchased a 2019 Volvo XC60 T6 for my wife a few weeks ago. It was a great experience from the test drive to the negotiation worked with us when we purchased a 2019 Volvo XC60 T6 for my wife a few weeks ago. It was a great experience from the test drive to the negotiations and the finishing paperwork! After I drove the car a few times, I decided to look for one for myself. When Royal advertised another Volvo of the same year, make and model that was sold to my wife, I called Carter and arranged a test drive. We started negotiations that day and made an agreement the next morning and completed the deal later that afternoon. It was a pleasure working with Carter yet a second time! As before, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will certainly recommend him to anyone we know who is in the market for a car. He represents Royal Automotive well! More
