Update: We’ve had so many issues working with Matt Coulter since we purchased our new vehicle. We purchased an extended warranty which required us to arrange to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for an armor-all treatment. Matt Coulter made arrangements with my husband to pick up the vehicle from his work to take it for the treatment and then return the truck back to him. (Which was a very helpful offer!) However, he never showed up. We tried again two other times with no avail before I finally called and asked for help from Matt Robertson, who took care of it the very next day. Matt Coulter seemed bothered and annoyed anytime we called to try and arrange to pick up some personal effects that were left in the vehicle that we traded in. We finally gave up and made a trip to the dealership to pick them up. Once again, it was Matt Robertson to the rescue. Matt Robertson has been amazing to work with and followed up with a call after our last visit to apologize once again on behalf of Matt Coulter. It was much appreciated.
