Fast and Painless I had recently stopped a purchase on a used vehicle due to the, "I need you to come in", "when can you come by?" banter. It's 2019 and I've been doin I had recently stopped a purchase on a used vehicle due to the, "I need you to come in", "when can you come by?" banter. It's 2019 and I've been doing most of the paperwork online for over 10 years already. I talked to Ryan, no pressure and we did everything online. A couple of texts and an email and finally a call to set-up where to meet. He brought the vehicle to their place on eastside. I was out in 20 minutes, not counting test drive. I just got the vehicle, so I can't comment on it specifically, but the transaction was painless and quick. Left the Quality and Price off of 5 stars only because I didn't negotiate and I don't know the quality of vehicle, yet. It could very well be a 5. The Customer Service and Friendliness was absolutely a 5. Thanks, Ryan. More
