Appreciation for a Straight Forward, Friendly Experience I had a great experience at Royal GMC and received excellent service from Ryan Lapotosky. Ryan kept me up to date while my new 2020 GMC Sierra was bei I had a great experience at Royal GMC and received excellent service from Ryan Lapotosky. Ryan kept me up to date while my new 2020 GMC Sierra was being built. Once the truck was received at Royal, Ryan walked me through all the closing steps in a friendly, no pressure manner. I really appreciate that there was no high pressure sales pitch for add-on options. Ryan explained both the pros and cons of the various options and allowed me to make an informed decision. He has a detailed understanding of all the options, financing, and all other details needed to close the transaction. Ryan has also been following up frequently to answer any questions I may have about the Sierra. Overall, working with Ryan and Royal GMC has been a great experience. More

I really like the people of Royal but . I really like the people of Royal and was very excited to purchase a new vehicle. However there were times the salesman was brash or condescending tow I really like the people of Royal and was very excited to purchase a new vehicle. However there were times the salesman was brash or condescending towards me. Perhaps that’s just the personality of that person, but how I took it was that I was in the wrong place. I appreciate all the hard work the team has done for me in order for me to get this vehicle.
