Krysta kept us updated as to vehicles on the lot, vehicles available through a dealership search and vehicles and costs for a 2020 Escalade. We finally bought one which had come from a different dealer but was now located at Royal in Tucson. Thanks to her, it fits our needs perfectly. My wife is partially disabled and Krysta was instrumental in getting accessible equipment which had been installed in our 2014 Escalade removed and installed in the new Escalade. She also made us aware of a substantial discount available through GM which helped us in buying the new vehicle.
