Chris Savastano the Service Writer, is always courteous and professional, and doesn’t try to up-sell me services I don’t need. The cashiers, Susan and Grace, are always very friendly and make me feel appreciated for having my vehicles serviced at Royal GMC. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. The customer lounge is very comfortable with a nice variety of drinks, including fresh custom coffee and fresh pastries daily; it makes what little wait there is go by quickly. More

Bought a used 2019 GMC Denali traded 15 GMC Denali Nicole was GREAT showing me a used Denali!! We were only there for an update on the brake system on my 2015 Denali!! As I was out just walking round N Nicole was GREAT showing me a used Denali!! We were only there for an update on the brake system on my 2015 Denali!! As I was out just walking round Nicole came out and introduced herself! I ask about used Denali and the rest was history!! Going the Extra Mile I went into the service department yesterday because I had purchased a 2015 Yukon with the rear seat entertainment center. The wireless headphones the I went into the service department yesterday because I had purchased a 2015 Yukon with the rear seat entertainment center. The wireless headphones the seller provided weren't working and I was hoping someone might be able to educate me on how to get them to work. Terry Oetting came out and after trying to switch out batteries he guessed we had the wrong type of headphones. I had digital headphones and he believed analogue was the right equipment. He brought a pair of analogue headphones and sure enough they worked. Terry got with the Joseph Komi the used car manager and they agreed to switch out my headphones for theirs. This is incredibly thorough service. I plan to come to Royal for all my future services. They are AWESOME! Thanks Terry & Joseph! More
