Royal Buick GMC of Tucson responded

We have reviewed your concerns and pulled the original contract that you signed. The contract states that the coverage only goes up to 75,000 miles total, not 75,000 miles in addition to the miles at time of sale. We are very sorry if there was confusion on this matter. This is a very popular warranty that we sell and we have never had someone bring this topic up as an area of confusion. Unfortunately this warranty did have a limit on miles and we regret that there is nothing we can do to override this policy. As with all warranty matters, we want to be as transparent and helpful in aiding you with coverage solutions, but we urge you to remember that we have to abide by the guidelines in the agreement. We appreciate your candor in this matter and we hope to eventually be able to regain your confidence.
