He has kept me informed about the status of the work when I had a problem with the vehicle and has explained the difficulties encountered in repairing the vehicle. More

We are so appreciative of the knowledgeable, courteous and professional service we get from Mike Van Erem, Rocky Davis and Susan Tobin-Hunter. They truly go the extra steps to make sure your questions are answered, your vehicle is taken care of and that you have a positive overall experience each time you take your vehicle in to get it serviced. After years of moving around with the military, we can tell you that this is the best service department we have ever had. Mike has been our lead from the start and we have tremendous trust in his work. We recently purchased a vehicle from Royal Buick with Dave Hoffman as our sales representative. He was fabulous with zero pressure, just extremely good customer service and an all around nice guy. More
