We just stopped in on the hopes they might have the type of car we were looking for. Step in Everett Griggs. He ask us if he could help, then when they did not have the car we were looking for, he went looking online to help us try to find something. Since we were there, we decided to see what else they had to offer. Rather than trying to force us into what he would like us to purchase, Everett asked a bunch of questions, and made a couple of suggestions. One ended up being a car my wife really liked, and we ended up purchasing. The best part was Everett never was pushy. In fact he was light, funny, joking, and a pleasure to talk to. He is also a member of our country's Armed Forces, and we want to thank him for his service. More

Hector went through everything with me step by step, and although I was a little pain in the butt, he still worked with me and treated me like a human. He even fed us Canes which was awesome because we were there all morning and part of the afternoon. They really do work with you at Kia with no pressure and will give you the best options. Jammie greeted me when I walked into the showroom and was very accommodating with letting me make a deposit to hold a 2020 Optima SX that had caught my eye. It was a good looking vehicle and I was sure it would sell rather quickly. I was satisfied with the price that was negotiated and with his willingness to wait for a number of days for payment until the insurance claim had processed. No high pressure, positive experience. Van checked with us to make sure we were happy with everything along the entire process. We could not have been more delighted with the outcome. We had to return later with the title to our trade-in, it was after 6PM & Jammie & Van were still on the floor working when we returned. Don't think any of these gentlemen got lunch & it seemed that Jammie & Van were probably in for a late dinner, but they were just as considerate and polite as when we 1st met them at 10AM that morning. This is the 3rd car we bought from Royal & will be back again when we buy in the future.
