I first went to look at vehicles last week, and Everett showed me several great options that were within my budget; I didn't purchase that day, so he kept an eye out for me to find something perfect. I eventually decided on a used 2018 Kia Soul. Everett made the financing and paperwork easy, and did his best to work the process around my insanely busy schedule. My new car is gorgeous (and totally nerdy thanks to a custom decal I had added!) and I would definitely go back for my next vehicle! Thank you! More
Bad Customer Service I had a question about my vehicle based on a problem I was having. The owners manual didn’t state where the fuse was for the left headlight. I am capable of changing a fuse but it’s difficult when the manual isn’t specific. Without hearing me out, he wanted to charge me $65 For a diagnostic test. I didn’t see the need for a test because I already knew what the problem was. I could understand if I asked them to check the fuse, but all I asked for was which fuse it was. I went in to speak with him and he was on the phone and wouldn’t make any eye contact with me. I asked for the head manager, Raul, and conveniently he was out of the shop. I went to the Jim Click Kia and they were happy to help without giving me a hard time. More

Miracle Workers :) Jessica and Rachel worked SO hard, endlessly and without doubt with me to get me into an adorable new 2018 Rio Hatchback! I was so impressed by their wonderful caring personalities and the determination they had to get me into a car that I loved, despite troubles with my credit. They even got me a great interest rate & a lower car payment than my old car :D If only every car buying experience could be like mine was with Jess and Rachel!!! The absolute best in Customer Service! I purchased my Kia Soul in Houston, TX. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Once I purchased my car they pretty much forgot ab I purchased my Kia Soul in Houston, TX. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Once I purchased my car they pretty much forgot about me and customer service was zero to none. It was a full blown argument each and every time I visited the dealership once I purchased the car. They sent my new plates out of state, could never find me in the system, going so far as to say I never purchased a car with them. I had to renew the dealer plate 3 times because of the above 2 issues before I contacted the WI DMV myself and had new plates issued. There were issues with the new vehicle that were never addressed and I was given the run around and switched to multiple people several times with each phone call and no satisfactory result. Once I moved to Tucson I found Royal Kia and began using them for the regular maintenance. They addressed the mechanical issues the Houston dealership would not address. They were always quick, to the point and never turned me away or tried to talk their way out of anything. If the car wash was down I was given a free wash at a local vendor. Oil changes and maintenance were taken care of immediately as well as transportation to and from so I could leave the vehicle if necessary. When I decided to purchase another vehicle, Royal Kia was my first choice because they ALWAYS followed through on their promises, they always put customer service first and I could ALWAYS TRUST them. I was not disappointed when I chose them to purchase another vehicle. Since I lived in one state, was a resident of another and was moving to a 3rd state the title work was very confusing. I ended up overpaying to transfer title and plates. However, being the outstanding dealership that Royal Kia is, I was contacted by Toni Bartniki and informed I should be getting a refund! She helped me get the paperwork corrected and through the process. I was delighted when I found out I would have multiple refunds! I am so happy with her service. I would have had no idea I had filled out the paperwork incorrectly or that I had overpaid. The dealership could have kept the whole thing secret and I would have never known. She was instrumental in getting everything corrected and through quickly and properly. Also, the salesman (I think it was Garrett Andreatta) that helped with my new vehicle, gave me free kayak racks as part of the deal. However, upon installation it was discovered they would not fit the vehicle without cross members. Royal Kia purchased and installed the crossmembers and all I had to pay for was a $50 install fee that covered everything. Not only did I recieve a kayak rack but one of the best racks available (Tule) and the cross memebers as well! My ONLY regret is that I now live in another state and will probably not find a dealership as great, as trustworthy and as concientious as Royal Kia. I may have to move back to Tucson just so I can have access to them for my regular maintenance. (Seriously!) More

Hard decision made easy!!! So for quite some time I'd been debating on looking into purchasing a car. I myself already had a vehicle but unfortunately it wasn't the most reliable. But I honestly didn't think i was financially capable of purchasing a vehicle on my own..... I went to royal Kia prepared to be rejected. I had the amazing pleasure of working with River Lintner who to say the least was more then helpful. Not only was he able to quickly identify which vehicles were within my desired budget. But he never once showed intent to upsell me. In the most professional manner River brought to my attention other aspects of being a responsible vehicle owner that I myself had not considered. After thorough conversation I happily drove away a proud new owner of a 2018 Kia Forte!! My son and I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for what river and the staff at Royal Kia provided us. If you're considering purchasing a new vehicle and are unsure if you're able of doing so or if it's even the right decision at this point in time definitely pay a visit to the staff at Royal Kia and speak with River lintner. I can speak from personal experience and say that with he will make sure everything discussed is in your best interest. I had recently had my vehicle totaled and the staff at Royal Kia hel I had bought my previous Kia Sorento at Royal Kia, so decided to go there again. I had recently had my vehicle totaled and the staff at Royal Kia helped me get into another vehicle quickly. Jessica was super helpful in the process and helped to expedite getting me into a vehicle . I was in the process of working with my auto insurance company in replacing my previous Sorento, so the staff at Royal Kia were really understanding and helpful with this process. I will definitely come back to buy more vehicles from Jessica and the rest of the staff at Royal Kia. More
