The truck had some scratches on the side that needed to be removed so I worked with Mellissa and Scott to see what they could do. Both Melissa and Scott said that wouldn't be a problem and they sent the truck to their detailer. The scratches were removed to my satisfaction. But truly, w This review is long overdue. We bought our car from Royal Kia years ago and the experience was as pleasurable as a car purchase could be. But truly, what sets this dealership apart is it’s service department; in particular, Dave Loper. He has been our primary contact for all our service needs and has been absolutely fabulous. As a woman, I always worry I am being taken advantage of when I take my car to a mechanic, given how little I know about cars. But Dave is honest, straight-forward and always sensitive to budgets. After four years of owning our vehicle, we put Dave to the true test when our transmission went. He had all the paperwork in place and was able to demonstrate we did all the necessary maintenance to keep up with the warantee requirements and worked with the warantee company to make sure the transmission was covered under Royals Kia’s lifetime warantee. I’ll likely buy from Royal Kia again, and it will be in large part due to Dave’s awesome customer service. Thanks Dave! -Raquel More

I decided I wanted to buy instead of lease and thought I really didn't need a car that big. I contacted Royal Kia and was given the assistance of Tom Rice. Tom was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind over and over and over. Poor guy probably didn't know what I was going to come up with next . . . will it be a used car or a new car. Well, this last Saturday I drove my brand new 2018 Kia Sportage home. I love the car, although there is still a lot to learn about it.
