Royal Kia

We had a 2009 GMC acadia with a check engine light and no AC and knew we needed to get something newer. We went to Royal Kia. They were able to help us find a new Acadia but it wasn't long after we left the AC and knew we needed to get something newer. We went to Royal Kia. They were able to help us find a new Acadia but it wasn't long after we left the lot that the check engine light came on and the AC stopped blowing cold. So basically, we are in the exact same boat as before only we have a large monthly payment. Also, the amplifier made a loud noise one day and then quit. Now there are no sounds in the vehicle. No radio, no turn signal noises, no back up warnings, nothing but silence. We've attempted to take it in for service several times but they wait until we are there checking it in to tell us they will need it for at least 3 days to even diagnose it and that they have no loaner vehicles available. The last time we went they promised to call us when a loaner was available.-That was months ago and we are still waiting. Currently, we are waiting for a manager to call us back but I'm not that hopeful. More
