I was looking for a new model and they just sold the last new one they had. So, my not pushy salesman Pointed at a K5 GT. It wasn’t all that. I know, everyone like it but me. I wanted something more my style. You know, power with luxury. Then I was shown the K5 EX. Hellooo!! I was sold! I’m very pleased with my beautiful new car! Thank you, Not sleazy salesman Garrett! My experience with Royal Kia especially Garrett, was nothing short of outstanding!. I've purchased over 20 new cars over the last 6-7 years all over the Phoenix area and the process was pretty much the nothing short of outstanding!. I've purchased over 20 new cars over the last 6-7 years all over the Phoenix area and the process was pretty much the same: Long, drawn out spending close to 4 hours (sometimes more) from start to finish. I went out on a limb traveling to Tucson to purchase my new 2022 Soul and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I get the absolute best deal, by 1000's (no joke) I was in and out of the dealership driving home in 70 minutes! No pressure, no xxxxxxxx, no hidden charges, no upsell. Just like buying a new car should be. One thing is 100% for sure. When I'm looking for a new Kia, Royal Kia is my starting and ending point and Garrett is my guy. Thanks Garrett!
