Buying a new car is so hard right now. The inflated markup over MSRP is ridiculous. I was at my wits end and refused to settle for an overpriced car and bad service. That’s when I met Christopher Tye and Royal Kia. By luck of the draw a Telluride had arrived and the original owner decided not to take delivery. Tye called to let me know it was available but knew it would go quickly. I decided that night to put down a deposit and it was the best decision I ever made. From that point forward we were treated like the most important customer ever. We worked that night on the paperwork and made plans to pick it up the next day. Upon arrival in Tucson I was greeted with a dozen long stemmed red roses to congratulate me on my purchase. The whole staff continued to welcome us and Tye repeatedly thanked me for the opportunity to earn his business. From start to finish this dealership was first class. The best part is they didn’t charge the 20% markup on my Telluride, they basically saved me close to $15K on my purchase. Oh and by the way, they offer a Forever Warranty. It doesn’t get much better than that. If you’re in the market for a Kia run, don’t walk to go find Tye at Royal Kia in Tucson! More
