I went to this dealership with a car in mind but no expectations. As soon as I arrived and jumped out of my husband’s truck, Avery met us out front. She was very kind and personable. She listened to my needs and as soon as my ADHD brain would start to go a different direction, Avery steered me back towards what I was originally asking for. I test drove a CX50 Hybrid Premium model and I fell in love with it. It was originally outside of my price range but Avery worked with her sales manager to get the price and payment within my budget. We loved working with her. She was fun and made the whole experience feel easy and low pressure. My husband and I didn’t want to feel pressured or pushed by a sales person. Cristian made our deal smooth and flawless to buy the car we want. He made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we need to make the right decision.
