Dan, our management team never heard back from you to discuss this in further detail. We do understand that it can be frustrating and time consuming when a lender request additional information prior to providing a loan approval. We did secure your financing the following day, which is the reason Subaru approved the second application was sent over later. However, it was made very clear to us the evening you were in that you were extremely unhappy.

Everything was wrong with the deal even my trade in value was thousands of dollars below from what the other dealer gave me....and then it was very unprofessional of Jovanni Olague to tell me that if I didn’t have such bad credit.....REALLY?!?! You don’t judge me or anyone based on that fact and he made it clear with his words he was.....anyway you lost my business which I took elsewhere.
