I appreciated the support of the Royal Moore Team. JD Dowell worked with me on the final close of my Outback, answering my questions and explaining the details of the purchase. I especially appreciat JD Dowell worked with me on the final close of my Outback, answering my questions and explaining the details of the purchase. I especially appreciated how he reached out to offer his assistance a few days after I purchased the car. I was also impressed how the Royal Moore staff worked together to help me clarify which car was the best for me. I started my search at the Toyota dealership and especially appreciated working with Khara Mejia and Mark Alfaro. I then went to the Subaru dealership, where Julio Valdes showed me the various Subaru models, took me on a test drive and helped me select the automobile that I eventually purchased. Unfortunately, Julio was not able to meet me the following evening when I came in to sign the paperwork however I appreciated how he worked with JD to have everything ready for me to finalize he purchase when i arrived.
