This was our second purchase from Royal Moore Toyota and the experience was excellent once again. My husband and I initially worked with Ashley to secure our second car. She was fantastic - communicative, responsive and friendly. We really appreciated her no-pressure approach. We ultimately were connected with Daniel Yu who ended up helping us find and purchase our car. I walked into this experience with a lot of caution and anxiety due to previous negative experiences at other dealerships and a recent traumatic car accident. Daniel was exceptional in addressing all of my concerns. He truly listened to what we wanted and what was important to us, especially my focus on safety. Impressively, he showed us a car that we hadn’t expected to see that turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Daniel was patient, informative and never pushy. His genuine care and willingness to spend time with us made the buying process smooth and comfortable. DJ, their finance manager, had a no nonsense approach to explaining the numbers that we appreciated. He explained everything in clear, easy to understand terms. Together with Daniel, they were able to help us get a lower interest rate than our pre-approved loan from our bank which was a great benefit. Buying a car can be stressful but we felt like we were in good hands with Daniel and Ashley. We recommend this dealership and specifically these two staff members for anyone looking for a sincere and customer-focused car buying experience. More
