Alex was double-checked the services I needed and identified some that didn’t need to be done, saving me money. He was very personable and checked up on me several times. I do wish the person who arranged my service when I called knew what I meant when I asked for 120000 mile service, or would have referred me to someone who was instead of signing me up for reg length service. That would have allowed me and the department to plan better. More
