Impatient and a little pushy Before signing the paperwork to buy my vehicle I was interested in reading and clarifying everything in the documents. Being a the finances guy I would have assumed he would appreciate my need to know what I'm signing, but he told me multiple times that the paperwork is just a technicality. I fell he was rude in how he dealt with his impatience. I have every right (and responsibility) as a customer to read before I sign. He did answer my questions however, and for that I'm grateful. When he was irritated though it felt like the room iced over. I was happy to be out of there when I finished. Luckily I had a great experience with one of the salesmen, otherwise I may have written this dealership off. More

Misleading, Pushy, Scummy Sales Tactics. Horrible Experience We have been customers of Royal Moore Subaru for several years, and were interested in maybe giving Toyota a shot, so we wanted to stay loyal to the R We have been customers of Royal Moore Subaru for several years, and were interested in maybe giving Toyota a shot, so we wanted to stay loyal to the Royal Moore family. BIG mistake. We had a nice experience with the internet sales team, received some quotes, and were asked to come in to get our trade in appraised and look at a new Highlander. The service (or lack thereof) was an absolute joke. It seemed like nobody wanted to sell us a car. There was no info given about the car, no niceties, just some bored salespeople with no accountability and no desire to make our experience enjoyable. We went through FOUR salespeople, each one appearing out of nowhere, with no introduction, and no insight into what their role was. When we finally got to talk numbers after an awkward test drive, we were quoted $150 more per month than the quote we had received from internet sales. Had we known this was the case, we wouldn't have even shown up. They proceeded to drop the price by $130/month and the sales manager chased us out to the parking lot at one last ditch (really first ditch) effort to get the sale. It was incredibly pushy, and overall a terrible experience. I would never recommend this dealership. Avoid at all costs. More
