Emily Olesen is a bright spot to the service advisors. She is not my usual person but she will be from now. The service dept mixed up my AC filter with engine filter while my car was in for routine service. Long story short, they didn’t replace my dirty engine air filter but marked my AC filter down as needing attention, even though it was changed. Instead of having to wait for an available mechanic to correct the error (or make a new appointment for another day), Emily volunteered to replace the filter for me in the parking lot. Not only did she treated me like a human being, instead of someone to clear off a to-do list, she went above and beyond to save me time and trouble and fixed an issue that had nothing to do with her, even though she wasn’t even my service advisor. She was knowledgeable and willing to step in to make things right. Emily is the bright spot at the service desk and turned this experience from a terrible one to a good one. More

There was no pressure, just a simple suggestion that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. He was also an expert in all the features and sat with me and walked me through all the features that probably would’ve taken me weeks to figure out.
