After the escalation....the only response we got was two automated emails from the management team telling us about the new deals they had and how they are best rated. She at least acknowledged and was sorry for our poor experience and then asked what we wanted to buy.... Heres what we sent..."We leased our Tacoma in December 2017 and so our lease is almost up. During the sale and the time of our lease, the maintenance team was very pleasant. The last service was a little cranky but whatever. Everyone has bad days. We started getting calls a couple months ago from your team. mostly nice. One was a bit demanding and wish I had saved his name to share. He said in a voice mail that we MUST bring our truck in to have it reviewed IMMEDIATELY. That was off putting. But again, not enough to make us leave as customers. Periodically we have driven through the lot to see if you have any new Tacomas. I assume because they are high demand, there are rarely any there. Finally more than a month ago, I responded to an email, hey if you have one in black.... I never got a reply back. Whatever. I let all that go. Then last week we stopped by. Initially the young man that helped us was very nice, but he told us the tacoma pro was 53k and the used grey one was 41k. Then we look on line (in the showroom) and it is only 49400 and 38500 respectively. That was off putting, Then the Grey one at 41k "certified used" is only 1k less than brand new. Again off putting. we left. Finally we thought well maybe we will just keep what we have but the only thing we are unhappy about on the existing truck is that it does not have apple play and entune has never worked. So I called in to parts. I hear there is a module that can be installed. I was transferred to service. A nice young lady answered the phone and she asked the manager. Nope cant be done on the tacoma (only camry and sienna), so I said well how much for a new stereo change out to get one with apple play and he quoted her 9k. So its very clear you all do not want our business. I really think there are some weeds that need to be pulled on your team. From the fleecing sales to the we don't care about you service team. Sales- if the price is one thing, don't bait and switch. We know it has not changed and when the young man called back we asked the price again and validated he was still saying 53k. Service, hey if its something you don't want to do...just say hey we really don't do that but you can go to wherever stereo. Be a good human. We were super fans. Told everyone about our lease and how nice you all were. So disappointed. I think its important to share feedback or you will never know what is really happening. Currently we intend to go to another dealership as Toyota Corporate says we can take our truck anywhere. If you want more details, specifics, feel free to email me. Please confirm receipt." BTW we went to a toyota dealership in Mcminnville and got a great deal. Super happy they have been awesome. More

I've had my 4Runner serviced at Royal Moore for the past 8 years and they've been outstanding. They do great work, but more importantly they don't sell me crap service I don't need. Just took it in for 8 years and they've been outstanding. They do great work, but more importantly they don't sell me crap service I don't need. Just took it in for a front wheel balance due to vibration on the highway and they suggested I try a simple front to rear tire rotation (while the oil was being changed) first as that often resolves the issue and it absolutely did! I'm a car guy and I have to admit I didn't know that. Amazingly ethical group of people and it's so nice to see the same people year after year so they get to know me and my vehicle. They are an absolute role model for how car service should be done. More
