Our experience was amazing. Allejandro was so helpful and made the entire process easy and pleasant. We test drove two cars that my daughter had identified online and from arrival at RM until we arrived and made the entire process easy and pleasant. I have a 2018 Honda Civic that I drive as my personal car and the 2018 Rav4 that my daughter bought is a far superior car! But it was the human element that made the experience really special. I don’t remember the name of the fellow who handled the paperwork and financing but he was clear and organized and efficient. Our salesman, Alejandro, was very pleasant to work with. He was courteous, answered our questions in a timely fashion and got answers if he didn’t know the answer. It made the experience pleasant. I would also like to add thanks to the service department for allowing me to tie up one of their lifts to do an inspection of the underside of my car. Thank you very much! One note of criticism, our deal was a “cash” deal-no financing involved, which I had made clear from first contact. Once a price was agreed upon, paperwork started to appear, and at one point I was asked to sign the back of a credit application “just to get my information down”. That shouldn’t have been even asked, and to make it VERY clear, it was not Alejandro that asked that to be done. We did however, have to go to a local bank to get the cash together, as Royal Moore’’s policy will not accept a debit card transaction for a full purchase price, and no other accommodation could be made without a credit application being filled out. Slightly inconvenient, but it worked out in the end. More
