I am disappointed with our latest service we just got. We We took our Rav4 in for service and at first we were not so happy about the amount of time it would take and the cost, but after the Manager Rick reac We took our Rav4 in for service and at first we were not so happy about the amount of time it would take and the cost, but after the Manager Rick reaching out and us sharing our concerns, we appreciate that they take our concerns seriously and want to make things right. They do a good job trying to make sure the customer is happy. We are loyal customers here and have referred many of our friends to them so it feels good when they really appreciate your business and not just to make money off you. More
Couldn't make a deal because they wouldn't drop the price at least 500.00. It was a guarantee sale if they did. My bank already pre approved me before even going there. 2018 Hyundai Tucson Jordan was such a great salesmen. I went to look at the Tucson on 11/16/19 with my son with out an appointment. He took care of me and to me to a lot where the Tucson was located. Not once did he pressure me to buy the car or even mentioned it. Then we go on a test drive and allowed me to floor it and do what i wanted, My son enjoyed that. As we were going back to the dealership my son states he is hungry and that he wanted McDonald's. So Jordan sees a McDs down the road and lets me know that he is buying breakfast for me and my son. My son was grinning with such happiness. We get back to the dealership. We start working on some paper work, then allows my son to use his personal laptop to browse YouTube videos to keep him entertained. Long story short is that my partner did not come with to be able to continue to the process. Then we had to wait till Tuesday 11/19/19 to go back and finish up the process. The rest of the process was a bit lengthy but i guess it's typical. He is an awesome guy, he took everything to a personal level and discussed his personal life and everything. He is the type of guy you would want to go drink a beer and chat about life. GREAT experience overall besides the one hiccup. More
