He is always pay attention to his customers needs, good working relationships with his S Rick Murry, Service Manager is an Excellent Service Manager. He is always pay attention to his customers needs, good working relationships with his Service Adivisors and Auto Mechanics to make sure to provide very good customer's needs. I strongly believe that he is No.1 Toyota Service Manager in Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan area. Lisa is my personal Service Advisor and she always friendly and courteous. She always follow up with my services and my service needs are met. AWS is very pleasant man and he is very patient and customer oriented. I know he can assist with sale of the car. So much easier than I expected I just bought a new toyota highlander and went thru the Costco auto program. I chose Royal Moore Toyota because they were an authorized Costco dealer I just bought a new toyota highlander and went thru the Costco auto program. I chose Royal Moore Toyota because they were an authorized Costco dealer. I worked with Aws Alkhraisat and he was so wonderful to work with. We drove several different cars, and I ended up buying something completely different than I thought I was going to when I got there, and am thankful he took the time to let me try until I found the right vehicle for me. Then I wanted a different color than they had in stock, so they even went out of their way to find that for me. Aws never tried to convince me, or talk me into anything. It was so nice. I highly recommend Aws at royal moore and the costo buying program. More
