2018 Hyundai Tucson Jordan was such a great salesmen. I went to look at the Tucson on 11/16/19 with my son with out an appointment. He took care of me and to me to a lot where the Tucson was located. Not once did he pressure me to buy the car or even mentioned it. Then we go on a test drive and allowed me to floor it and do what i wanted, My son enjoyed that. As we were going back to the dealership my son states he is hungry and that he wanted McDonald's. So Jordan sees a McDs down the road and lets me know that he is buying breakfast for me and my son. My son was grinning with such happiness. We get back to the dealership. We start working on some paper work, then allows my son to use his personal laptop to browse YouTube videos to keep him entertained. Long story short is that my partner did not come with to be able to continue to the process. Then we had to wait till Tuesday 11/19/19 to go back and finish up the process. The rest of the process was a bit lengthy but i guess it's typical. He is an awesome guy, he took everything to a personal level and discussed his personal life and everything. He is the type of guy you would want to go drink a beer and chat about life. GREAT experience overall besides the one hiccup. More

One very nice salesman, one very rude We were buying through the Costco program which says their discount is on top of any dealer discounts. We did most of the sale via email with Norgen since we did not wan to drive 40+ miles more than once. Norgen was great to deal with, but when it came to the actual "sale," another dealer was brought in. I thought his name was John, bit do not see him showing here. Maybe Ron? But the photo is not very good. We asked about the "Moore Value Price" which online was marked "call or price" for the same vehicle (just a different color). We were told, it wasn't available, we were already getting a great discount. Good discount, not necessarily "great." I noticed that there was also a Toyota $500 incentive noted online. When I clicked on that, the page that opened said "$500 Toyota Loyalty incentive." Since this was our 7th Toyota in the past 13 years, we were sure we'd qualify. John/Ron asked if we'd gotten an email form Toyota - do they send those out randomly? We had not received any such thing. Then we were told the incentive only applied to gas models. Then why was it on the hybrid page? John/Ron said only the college grad and military incentives were available. It is obvious that we are senior citizens, so we would not qualify. He then asked if we'd ever considered going back to college. HOW RUDE AND DISCOURTEOUS!! We should have walked out right then, but this was the car and colors and features we wanted. If you can deal with only Norgen, then you might consider Royal Moore. If you have to go through another intermediary dealer, then I would look elsewhere! More

Impatient and a little pushy Before signing the paperwork to buy my vehicle I was interested in reading and clarifying everything in the documents. Being a the finances guy I would have assumed he would appreciate my need to know what I'm signing, but he told me multiple times that the paperwork is just a technicality. I fell he was rude in how he dealt with his impatience. I have every right (and responsibility) as a customer to read before I sign. He did answer my questions however, and for that I'm grateful. When he was irritated though it felt like the room iced over. I was happy to be out of there when I finished. Luckily I had a great experience with one of the salesmen, otherwise I may have written this dealership off. More
