Disappointed Potential Customer Buyer beware, this dealership runs up the price of used cars by assessing archaic fees and utilizes high-pressure sales tactics. The finance manager " Buyer beware, this dealership runs up the price of used cars by assessing archaic fees and utilizes high-pressure sales tactics. The finance manager "John" was rude, abrasive and and extreme displeasure to work with. Was not willing to negotiate on price and forced to accept a $389 'theft code' fee for glass etching because "we put on all our used cars when they come in". Tried to assess nearly triple the registration costs for Oregon on vehicle w/active plates; however, these costs were removed once I pointed it out. Asked multiple times for service records, "NO". When I asked about working w/me on some repairs, was told "Sounds like you need to go elsewhere or buy a new car"... and that's exactly what we did. Uninformed sales staff made the experience that much less enjoyable. More
