I am beyond thankful to service advisor, Mike Taylor, for his professionalism and service he provided me. While scheduling the appointment on the phone prior to bringing in my Tacoma, he was able to quickly his professionalism and service he provided me. While scheduling the appointment on the phone prior to bringing in my Tacoma, he was able to quickly bring up my warranty information, which lessened my stress because I was unable to locate my warranty documention. Needless to say, I was quite relieved to find out that what another mechanic business told me would cost $2099 to repair (yes, I have the paper estimate), was only a grease/lubricant fix. Not only that, but my entire truck was checked out from from top to bottom, including tires, breaks, fluids...etc. Mike saw that I was visibily nervous when I arrived, and he calmly interacted with me which decreased my anxiety. I do not do well in situtations with a lot of people around me, and it was a busy morning at the service center. If I could give six or more stars for his service, I would. More
