Car buying made easy. This was our first car purchase, and I couldn't say enough good things about the entire experience at Royal Moore. The minute we walked in, Nick Niemeyer greeted us with a smile and tracked down the car we had eyed online. He is personable, funny, and genuinely cares about you being happy with your purchase. Nick shared his own Prius stories with honesty - he didn't try to sell us on the car at any point. Allowing us to make the decision without being bombarded with questions about our choices was a relief. The loan process was quick and easy. While we walked in with a secured loan through our own bank, we promptly switched to their in-house loan. They were able to give us a significantly reduced interest rate, and explained thoroughly what our new loan would entail. Everything was outlined in legible layman's terms and our questions were answered without judgement. We also traded in my previous vehicle; a process I was concerned about due to all the finer details and sentimental attachment. Luckily Royal Moore knew exactly what paperwork I needed to fill out and had it all prepared for the trade when we were signing for the new car. Nick also gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my first car, and even offered to take photos of me with it. Beyond technical knowledge of the vehicles and industry, most importantly, Nick understands the emotions involved in the car-buying process. Honestly I couldn't be more pleased with our whole experience. We visited one other car dealer prior and it was horrible (pushy salespeople, selling cars without titles, etc...). Rough Start, Amazing End This was my first time buying a car. I made an appointment with Bob Porter over the phone to do a test drive. When I got to Royal Moore Toyota, Bob wa This was my first time buying a car. I made an appointment with Bob Porter over the phone to do a test drive. When I got to Royal Moore Toyota, Bob was right there, ready and waiting. He made the entire test drive process very enjoyable for me, even though I was incredibly nervous. I fell in love with the car, and was ready to buy it. Some confusion happened and long story short, I was unable to get the car. After speaking to the manager about the situation, he went above and beyond what I would have ever dreamed to help me get the car I ended up walking away with. I've had my 2019 Toyota Prius C for just over a month now, and fall more in love with it every time I drive it. The guys are Royal Moore Toyota are extremely knowledgeable about the cars they show, and very accommodating to any questions or problems that arise. If you are looking for a reliable place to get either a new or used car, I urge you to go here. If you want to test drive, I also suggest you ask for Bob Porter.
