Rough Start, Amazing End This was my first time buying a car. I made an appointment with Bob Porter over the phone to do a test drive. When I got to Royal Moore Toyota, Bob wa This was my first time buying a car. I made an appointment with Bob Porter over the phone to do a test drive. When I got to Royal Moore Toyota, Bob was right there, ready and waiting. He made the entire test drive process very enjoyable for me, even though I was incredibly nervous. I fell in love with the car, and was ready to buy it. Some confusion happened and long story short, I was unable to get the car. After speaking to the manager about the situation, he went above and beyond what I would have ever dreamed to help me get the car I ended up walking away with. I've had my 2019 Toyota Prius C for just over a month now, and fall more in love with it every time I drive it. The guys are Royal Moore Toyota are extremely knowledgeable about the cars they show, and very accommodating to any questions or problems that arise. If you are looking for a reliable place to get either a new or used car, I urge you to go here. If you want to test drive, I also suggest you ask for Bob Porter. Everyone was friendly and courteous The moment I walked in to the dealership I was greeted by the receptionist promptly. She was friendly, helpful and smiled! Kind of rare these days. ( Keep her around) I had inquired about the vehicle via internet and Julio was right on top of every question. He located the auto very fast and assured me that it was still available. He was very "unsalesman" like ( not aggressive or bothered ) He took the time to answer all my questions. We made an appointment for me to go up and look at the vehicle the next day. I arrived a bit earlier than expected, but he was right there to take care of the deal. The transaction went very smooth and I was out the door on my way home in a couple hours. Julio was definitely a person I would refer my friends and family too. In fact from the General Manager to the finance person, everything went very smooth and this dealership gets 6 stars from me.
