Bob Porter made my experience worth my time. My direct experience with Bob Porter was helpful, interesting and engaging. He is personable and easy to communicate with, and it continued throughou My direct experience with Bob Porter was helpful, interesting and engaging. He is personable and easy to communicate with, and it continued throughout the two different days until I drove off the lot having purchased the Prius. The shifting from personnel to personnel however is distracting and confusing. The two additional men were nice but I felt that it diffused the transaction leaving me feeling like I paid more than I expected. I specifically asked for a copy of the "work sheet" and did not get it. I will continue to return to Royal Moore because all car dealerships seem to be essentially the same. Bob Porter was a refreshing difference and I appreciated him. Yes, I would recommend Royal Moore and I will share my experiences. More

Joy to work with In August we came in to get a new Camry Hybrid. We had gotten our 2005 Prius there. Jamee our salesperson was personable, pleasant and a joy to work w In August we came in to get a new Camry Hybrid. We had gotten our 2005 Prius there. Jamee our salesperson was personable, pleasant and a joy to work with. They did not have a vehicle on the lot that matched the specs we wanted so had to search outside in the area and ended up having to finally order from the factory. The car was to arrive mid-November which did not please us but out of dealer’s hands. So, we were surprised when Jamee called us to say the car would be here our car would be there by end of the week! To add to our surprise, it was not to be the 2018 model we had ordered but a new 2019!! Through all the twists and turns of this deal, Jamee came through. We are more then pleased and would recommend her and the dealership to anyone needing a car especially if they have very specific needs! It took time but the wait was well worth it!! More
