Great Experience I went in on a Saturday, the weekend of the black Friday sales to look at a Tacoma. They had the exact one I wanted and the test drive was absolutely I went in on a Saturday, the weekend of the black Friday sales to look at a Tacoma. They had the exact one I wanted and the test drive was absolutely great. Henry Yinger (he is not listed for selection, but if he was, I would rate him at 5 stars) was the sales consultant helping me and he took me on a test drive that was one you could really test the truck. It wasn't just one you went around the block only able to go 25mph. It was around 15mins and we went on this country road and I got to try it at different speeds, see how it handles turns and Henry answered all my questions. Ever person I encountered in the process were very helpful and had great customer service. Once they detailed the truck and filled up the tank, Henry gave me the option of going through the truck in depth or as little information as I wanted to know. Even after all my questions during the test drive , he even answered more and helped me navigate setting up my bluetooth and going over the electronics. Henry also checked off to make sure I got my drivers manuals, all weather floor mats and that they detailed/filled up the tank. They have AMAZING warranties, and Nick Lee and Brent Arritola went in depth over them with me and answered all my questions. I had a great experience and I look forward to working with them more in the future for servicing the truck. I would definitely recommend looking at Toyota's here. Thank you all for your time. More

Tylene is incredible and makes you feel very comfortable and is super personable. I appreciated her kindness and non-pushyness soooo much! I literally cannot say enough great and wonderful things about her! She made sure my needs were met before and has continued to make sure I am comfortable after the purchase! A great great person! The only thing of improvement I would say is to make sure costumers haven't fact checked things. The price Nick came out and offered me for being a "returning/ loyal costumer" was the sale price which was published on the website, so I actually wasn't getting any kind of "returning/ loyal costumer deal." Just need to make sure you know what a costumer knows before you come out with a price you claim to be special. More
