I had stopped going to Royal Moore ~5-8 years ago because I wasn't a fan of their service. So I would drive 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes to another Toyota dealer. My truck's battery died, but Emily got me in to get it replaced within a couple of hour even though they were completely booked. More
