I recently brought my Sienna minivan in to Royal Moore, we had picked up a screw in the sidewall of our right rear tire. Tristen was our service advisor and he was wonderful! This was a horrible experience in the service department. I was charged $175 for no work to be done. And was told that my total amount of work would be $675 and my car would be out for about 3 to 5 days. Whe I was charged $175 for no work to be done.
