I came to Royal Moore Toyota due to a check engine light and was able to get trustworthy assistance by service advisor Mike Taylor. He was very helpful and communicated with me the issues with my Toyota Sie and was able to get trustworthy assistance by service advisor Mike Taylor. He was very helpful and communicated with me the issues with my Toyota Sienna. I was visiting from California and was on vacation but was worried about my minivan not being to make it back to California. Mike Taylor went out of his way to let me and my family enjoy our vacation with another Toyota Sienna. Mike also made sure our fluids were all topped off and ready for the long trip back to California. I am very grateful for Royal Moore Toyota and the service I received from the service department. Took my vehicle to Royal Moore and Mike Taylor was my service advisor. Mike provided outstanding support and gave me daily updates while my car awaited parts.
