Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. We eventually did buy that vehicle from the Luther store in question . But we felt under served buy that store managers decisions to treat our company as an unneeded or a unwanted customer. Miranda Guptill is the sole reason why we decided to move forward with this purchase .She made us feel more at ease with the sales process and helped us feel like we want to continue to conduct business with Luther in the future.
