I felt like the service prices were to expensive and there were no available service coupons. Not sure what has replaced the “pay for 5 get one free” oil change program, but I was disappointed to see it gone. You could do more for loyal service customers in terms of price breaks and specials - loyalty programs that don’t require keeping track of a tiny card …or downloading an app.
