Patience Usually when I get a new car I know exactly what I want and try to get in and out quickly- I don’t like shopping. But my recent purchase was total Usually when I get a new car I know exactly what I want and try to get in and out quickly- I don’t like shopping. But my recent purchase was totally different- I thought I wanted one thing, but evidently I didn’t. After we got me all set up with auto # 1 - paperwork, the whole deal - I changed my mind. Even though I’ve been buying cars from Tom Decker for over 20 years, I thought he might get exasperated when I told him I wanted to get a Highlander instead of the RAV 4, but instead he simply said “Well, we better go for a test drive!” This was after already spending quite a bit of time teaching me about all the cool features of the RAV 4, and now he had to start all over! It gets better, last evening I called him to ask him how to do a few things in the Highlander and he offered to come right out to show me. He spent a good hour tutoring me on how to set up text messages and that kind of thing! This was my first time at Rudy Luther and I’ll be back - thanks so much! More

I had shopped around and Mike was the individual that helped me the most with my purchase. I felt respected and educated. In the meantime he was very friendly and helped with the little things like getting my floor mats installed in the rain and hooking up my phone. It was a GREAT experience. Amanda helped me get the extras that were best for me without a hard sell. Pete took care of the finances and got the job done in spite of all of the paperwork needed.
