Even though we were only at the dealership to get information about a remote starter for our 2018 RAV4, talking through our needs with Nettie, it became clear that our needs had changed and the car needed to change as well. The 2019 Highlander will tow more than the 2018 RAV4. Simple as that. We could have gotten a Highlander when we got the RAV4, but the towing need had not presented itself at the time. This is our third Toyota we purchased with Nettie. Every one was an easy purchase. That's why we gave Nettie 5 "Rock" Stars. More
