Good after not so good! I was dealing online with a sales person and after online discussion I set a time to visit. Then the online rep. said he wouldn't be there but gave m I was dealing online with a sales person and after online discussion I set a time to visit. Then the online rep. said he wouldn't be there but gave me another rep's name that he had arranged to meet with me. Then I arrived at the dealership at the specified time and then I was told the rep I was supposed to meet was with someone else now so they would find someone else to meet with me, Then things went well after that -- except the car that I was there to drive wasn't there so another car was found for me to try out. Nice car but not the one I wanted. A new appointment was set and the car was there this time. I test drove it and I purchased it. My follow-up meeting with the person who went through all the details with me and finalized our purchase was excellent to deal with and we will be picking up our new (to us) car tomorrow. We hope the scratches have been taken care of and the latest tags for the plates are on. By the way this is my first purchase of a used (main) automobile in 56 years so we have our fingers crossed that everything will go well with it. More
