He's actually there to sell cars in real life, rather than hang onto them like beloved pieces of art. I so wish that more car sellers were like Michael. It took us over 3 weeks to find him. We also happened to visit the finance lady. She was efficient, intelligent, and on top of everything. Again we never had to sit there waiting while nothing happened. Every moment felt productive. We got out of the dealership with our nice certified used vehicle in what seemed like no time at all. She knew I was looking for my "unicorn of used cars" and was so accommodating through the entire process. There was no pressure to jump on any one car; she knew I would feel it when I drove "the one." And I did! I bought a beautiful, slightly used 2014 Corolla that was leased through the dealership.
