I was in a difficult situation as I had purchased a used vehicle from a different dealer that did not work out for me as I discovered it gave me back pain. I knew the other dealer had a 5 day return policy vehicle from a different dealer that did not work out for me as I discovered it gave me back pain. Having a difficult time getting of the other dealer, I called Jodie Fahey of Rudy Luther Toyota (I had purchased a vehicle from her in the past and I knew she was very helpful) and she did some research and recommended a solution for me. Jodie's advice worked great and I was able to return to the car. After returning the vehicle I met with Jodie to test drive vehicles. Based on my back pain experience Jodie was able to recommend a vehicle for me. Jodie also helped me figure out the best way to complete the deal financially and I was able to take home my car that day (I didn't think that would even be possible as I had just returned the previous vehicle). Jodie went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. I highly recommend her and will not even hesitate to purchase vehicles from her in the future. More

Went for Toyota factory recall visit.. First visit to new dealer location went in a with apprehensive mood... making an appointment was also a fast and good experience... Duane and the technicians analyzed my air conditioner problem previously and ordered the required parts. Appointment was made after parts arrival was confirmed and the car was repaired as promised this problem previously and ordered the required parts. Justin's communication was always complete and efficient, laying everything on the table for us. His personable ways made us feel like we were guided through this process by a trusted friend. In addition, Chris (our finance guy) was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, prepared and humorous! We didn't expect to go through a financing experience and be laughing! Chris had the documents prepared for arrival (we showed up a day ahead of schedule), he explained our options without any sales pitch or pressure, and he was effective in explaining the documents he placed before us.
