We had an excellent experience with Rudy Luther Toyota and Tyler. We went to several other dealerships, including local Toyota dealerships and Rudy Luther was by far the best experience. Tyler, in particular, was wonderful to work with, provided us weekly updates on when our car would be delivered and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Good experience all around except for check-in. That process is totally disorganized and I have experienced this on at least 5 occasions. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no signs or instructions, h That process is totally disorganized and I have experienced this on at least 5 occasions. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no signs or instructions, half the employees seem as if they don’t worry about customers hanging around looking to he checked in (let alone how to). Duane helped me and none of the above applies to him. I always look for him because he “get” customer service. Once you fend for yourself and corral someone to get you checked in, and once you get out of the service area, the interior waiting area is excellent and is obviously looked after by a different set of the dealership. Our family had already decided what vehicle make/model/color/etc we wanted prior to contacting Rudy Luther Toyota but unfortunately, we wanted it during a parts shortage. All that said, we were regularly kept up to date with the status of the vehicle we had on order and were also given various options along the way in case we changed our mind. Waiting on a vehicle wasn't something we ever expected to have to do, however, Nettie and the Team at Rudy Luther Toyota managed to make it an excellent overall car buying experience. We hope to go another 10+ years without purchasing a vehicle, but whenever that comes around, this will be our first stop. More
