Really?? I can come in this evening?? Thank you all. On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an Thank you all. On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an oil change the following day. To my surprise the nice guy asked if I wanted to come right in - now. I did just that and had the car serviced, up dated, tires changed and a software upgrade. I actually had thought it just needed an oil change. Of note, I was given this appointment without mentioning that my car was being driven to Montana the next day by one of my family members. It was an unexpected trip. I bought my Toyota Prius from you folks. I do not live near by, however. I try and return to the "Mother Ship" for service. You folks, to a person, are terrific. Helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional. I'll try and pass forward the goodness. Thanks again. Isabel Anderson More
Rear Camera replaced / remote start installed I have huge anxiety dealing with car problems so the thought of even bringing my car in for an oil change illicits stress. Purchased a new Toyota Ca I have huge anxiety dealing with car problems so the thought of even bringing my car in for an oil change illicits stress. Purchased a new Toyota Camry and rear camera stopped working - very stressful for me but the Sevice Dept took care of everything and made it as stressless for me as they could ( even with a few “snafoos”) from the cashier women to the nice gentlemen who put on my license plates and answered my questions about the remote start. Mr. Kong Yong was extraordinary. He has assisted me before and is extremely knowledgeable, respectful- I never feel dissed, keeps me informed, LISTENS to my concerns - no matter how trivial they appear, and answers all my questions. He has my highest recommendation. Thank- you. I am now loving my new car 🙂 Pat More

Quick and Easy The service station was very professional at this location. I pulled in around 6 with a check engine sign and was out the door at 7:30. I’m happy to be back! I just had my 2013 van that I purchased from Rudy Luther serviced here (Nettie was my sales person and she was great!). The first two years of owners I just had my 2013 van that I purchased from Rudy Luther serviced here (Nettie was my sales person and she was great!). The first two years of ownership, I serviced my car here because I received free oil changes with my purchase. I always had good experiences. However, it is a bit of a drive, so when the free services ended, so did my visits. I’ve been to other mechanics since, and just recently returned - I’m so glad I did! Jason was so helpful for selecting snow tires, and Kevin helped with all of the other repairs. (100,000 miles and two recalls) I was treated so kindly and I am very satisfied! My car is working well, but if I ever decided to get a new car, I am coming back here again! I’ve been treated with such kindness and courtesy! Thank you Jason, Kevin, Nettie & Rudy Luther!" More
